With raw, unorganized content and a high-profile audience of speakers and internal stakeholders, our task was to create cohesive, visually impactful presentations that adhered to the ministry's standards—all within a tight timeline.
The Rekarda Approach: Delivering Excellence Under Pressure
Understanding the weight of the Excellence Awards, we focused on creating presentations that reflected the ministry's reputation for precision and professionalism. The task demanded rapid, detail-oriented work across nine presentations, each containing 45 slides, with bilingual support in Arabic and English.
Working within a tight one-week deadline and handling both Arabic and English versions presented a unique set of challenges. We focussed on three key areas
Content Organisation
We restructured the raw content to improve clarity and flow. Each slide was refined to present information in a logical order, effectively highlighting departmental achievements and goals for the Excellence programme.
Bilingual Design for Arabic and English
We ensured that each slide was accessible in both Arabic and English, preserving the message's integrity across languages. This involved careful adjustments to layout, typography, and cultural nuances.
Professional Visuals and Branding
Consistent with the ministry's formal tone, we used official colours, logos and typography. This approach reinforced the programme’s prestige and created a unified, recognisable look.
High-Impact Presentations Delivered on Time
